Gallery · Hong Kong
Established in 2014 by the collector and gallerist Lucie Chang, a second-generation antique dealer who views art preservation as deeply rooted in her DNA, Lucie Chang Fine Arts is a widely respected contemporary gallery located in the creative neighborhood of Wong Chuk Hang. The gallery operates under a multi-faceted mission: to revive classical Chinese cultural connotations within a modern aesthetic framework, while simultaneously fostering active dialogue across contemporary, street, and pop art. Representing over 70 leading local and international figures, the gallery's history is defined by its championing of iconic, memory-rich visual culture, ranging from preserving the legendary street calligraphy of Tsang Tsou-choi (the "King of Kowloon") and the nostalgic illustrations of Old Master Q, to showcasing cutting-edge, youthful talents through its vibrant, community-focused platform, L+. By seamlessly connecting the heritage of the East with the creative currents of the West, Lucie Chang Fine Arts has established itself as an essential pillar of social engagement, urban memory, and diverse artistic expression in Hong Kong.
