Honey and salt are often regarded as essential elements of life’s origins and integral parts of human rituals, symbolising fundamental aspects of life. “Honey and Salt” takes thesetwo elements, as the starting point of the creation, piecing together contrasting states from fragments of everyday life, such as dawn and dusk, stickiness and crystallisation, softness and crispness, as well as the interplay of smooth flexibility and orderly grid structures. The illustration artworks, these opposing yet complementary qualities are presented, invite viewers to explore the seemingly small and fleeting moments of daily life.
