Phoebe R is a British artist and designer who graduated from the University for the Creative Arts in Epsom in 2009 and moved to Hong Kong in 2016. After years of living among its density, construction, rain, trees, pastel buildings, and constant movement, Hong Kong became part of her visual language. Her work is meticulous and intimate.
