Painting in Hongkong
Rooted in a family tradition of creativity, I honed my skills under the mentorship of a professional artist in Mumbai. Over the past five years, my practice has steadily evolved, enriched by opportunities such as participating in events hosted by the Indian Consulate , exhibiting at the Hong Kong Visual Arts Centre in 2026 alongside fellow emerging artists. Since 2024, I have been based in Hong Kong, where my work continues to grow in dialogue with the city’s cultural vibrancy. My paintings reflect a deep love for photography, florals, and textures, expressed through bright yet simple compositions. Inspired by my own photographs and daily observations of nature’s frames and surfaces, I translate these impressions into canvas using palette‑knife strokes, impasto effects, and impressionist techniques. Each work is a tactile study of perception — capturing the vibrancy of life through texture, color, and expressive form.
