Capturing vibrant cityscapes on canvas While I have trained in various mediums and styles, its traditional painting style that I most connect with. I feel it brings a degree of earthiness while conveying the essence of my thoughts to the audience. My decade long practice of one such traditional Indian folk art - Madhubani, famous for its intricate pattern and bold color palette, helps me create equally intricate and vibrant urban cityscapes. Through my works I endeavor to bring both old and new elements of the cityscape together.
